RedPepper is Here ! !

The time was right for me to accualy start with my own company. After working so long with webdesign and Joomla!, it was time to get it realy started. Having done some nice work til now, and some new work waiting, hobby was not appropiate any more.

I'm working on several projects for my self, so I had to come up with a FRESH name to get me started... And RedPepper was born.

I still have a FullTime job so getting started is not so easy only working in the evening and weekends, so i took the week off.

Got everything officialy registerd, and launched the new website of my company.

This is a simple website that shows all projects that i'm working on now, and more will follow.

 

When I find a job that let's me work less hours a week, i will get the projects done much faster. It's to bad my current employer doesn't want me to work 3 or 4 days in a week.

 

As we all know Joomla! has a new version, the 1.6.

You can read more about that in a previous post. Not all my comments on the 1.6 in that post are positive, but we have to keep learning. Thats why the website of RedPepper is made with Joomla! 1.6.

There is not so much available for yet in the JED to use in Joomla!1.6, but that was not needed for RedPepper.

 

And from now on i'm not only working with Joomla! anymore, WordPress is also a very nice CMS to work with, and has so many features now. We can create the same websites with WordPress as with Joomla. Just wait till my "WordPress Company" website is online.

 

WordPress might even work a bit faster then Joomla!, and there are more Free plugins available. So if you wanna give it a try --> Wordpress Website
